Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 charge applies to orders below ₹499.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email. Use it to track your package in real time.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@zyrovi.in.

A: Yes, COD is available on most orders across India.

A: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
